RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Please carefully review our Returns Policy in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. Neom Soul LLC reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at its discretion.
1. General Return Policy: All items sold online by Neom Soul LLC are considered final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted unless the item was purchased on our website and was found to be broken in transit by the courier.or in some cases the client’s driver ( personnel) mismanages it
2. Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a broken item, please notify us by emailing neom.souldxb@gmail.com on the same day as the receipt of the item. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging to initiate an investigation with the courier service. Failure to provide this information within 24 hours of receiving your items forfeits your right to a refund.
3. Investigation and Refund Process: Following the investigation, if it is determined that the courier was at fault, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Please note that we do not send replacement products. For refund inquiries, it is advisable to check directly with your bank after the refund has been processed by us.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue you a credit voucher. This voucher is valid for one year from your order date and can be used for future purchases. Any COD placed on the website has only a validity of 10 days from the placement of that order, for products to be reserved, upon Neom Soul LLC not receiving CASH for that order, it is considered cancelled or Null & Void.
